Asus Transformer Pad Infinity begins receiving Android 4.1 update

Today, we have good news for owners of the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity WiFi tablet as it is scheduled to receive the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update. Users have been reporting that their tablets are now receiving the update, which is good news for the rest of us. If you have yet to officially receive the update, feel free to manually pull it by going to Settings, About Phone, and Check for Updates.
The Transformer Pad Infinity, aka TF700, was supposed to receive the Jelly Bean update last week, so there was a little bit of a delay in its deployment. In any event, we applaud Asus for launching updates in a timely manner; if only other manufacturers operated with the same efficiency.
